There are no exchange fees when you swap. If you choose a more expensive concert, you'll just pay the difference. If you opt for a less expensive concert, the price difference becomes a credit you can use for other tickets or upgrades during the same transaction. Just remember to complete your swap at least 24 hours before your original concert's start time.
